Adult Lessons for Beginners & Intermediate Level Players
Adult Volleyball Lessons are for beginners and intermediate players.
We will teach you the proper techniques and skills of volleyball so you can join an adult league or enhance your experience if you are already in a league.
We will cover all the basic skills including passing, volleying, serving, hitting, blocking and defense. Our coaches are NCCP volleyball certified and have received extensive training at our club.
